Terms of Service
Last Updated: 5/17/2026
1. Service overview
Fluxview is an IPTV middleware service operating in the United Kingdom. We provide subscribers with credentials (M3U playlists or Xtream Codes API logins) that connect compatible streaming devices and IPTV player apps to live TV channels and on-demand content. The service is targeted at UK and Irish households watching live Premier League football, Sky Sports, TNT Sports, Champions League nights, UFC PPV events, Formula 1 race weekends, Test cricket, Premiership Rugby and the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026.
By subscribing to Fluxview, starting a free trial, or otherwise using our service you agree to these Terms of Service in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Subscription, pricing and cancellation
Fluxview is sold as a fixed-term subscription — 1 month, 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Plans automatically expire at the end of their term unless you choose to renew. There is no auto-renewal: your card is never charged again without an explicit new transaction. You may cancel at any point by simply not renewing — there are no cancellation fees, no contracts, no early-termination penalties.
Prices shown on the pricing page include UK VAT where applicable. Multi-device add-ons are charged once per subscription term. Free 24-hour trials are exactly that — free, with no card collection — and are available once per household. Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of activation.
3. Eligible use
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. The subscription is for personal household viewing only. Commercial use, public broadcasting in venues, hotels, bars or restaurants, redistribution of the M3U playlist or Xtream credentials, and any attempt to resell access are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
You agree not to share your credentials with anyone outside your household. Concurrent-stream limits per plan are enforced at the server level — attempting to bypass them will trigger automatic lockouts. Repeated violations lead to permanent account suspension.
4. Content licensing and DMCA
Fluxview is a middleware provider — we do not host, store, encode, transcode, originate or rebroadcast any audiovisual streams. Content is delivered by third-party upstream providers under their own licensing arrangements. Confirming that streaming and consumption of the underlying content is permitted in your specific jurisdiction is the end-user's responsibility.
If you are a rights-holder and believe your copyright is being infringed via the service, please submit a formal notice through our DMCA page. We respond to verified notices within 48 hours.
5. Service availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime, backed by redundant CDN points of presence in Manchester, London, Glasgow, Dublin and four European data centres. Brief maintenance windows are pre-announced via WhatsApp to active subscribers where possible. Premier League peak hours (Saturday 12:30, 15:00, 17:30; Sunday 14:00, 16:30; Tuesday-Wednesday 20:00 UEFA nights) are staffed at full capacity. Extended outages beyond 24 hours qualify for a pro-rated credit applied to the next renewal.
6. Refund policy
Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Refund requests submitted within 30 days of activation are honoured in full. Requests outside the 30-day window are reviewed case-by-case — typically prorated. Refunds for monthly and 3/6-month plans are not generally offered because the 24-hour free trial means you have already tested the service before paying. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
7. Account suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that: shares credentials beyond the household, attempts unauthorised commercial redistribution, runs automated load on our infrastructure, charges back paid transactions fraudulently, or engages in abuse of our WhatsApp support team. Suspended accounts forfeit any remaining subscription time without refund.
8. Limitation of liability
Fluxview is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from interruption of service — including but not limited to missed matches, broadcast scheduling changes by third-party rights-holders, ISP-side issues affecting your connection, or device-side compatibility issues. Our maximum aggregate liability in any 12-month period is capped at the total amount you paid us during that period.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via WhatsApp to active subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at this URL.
10. Contact
For any question about these terms, your account or a refund, message us on WhatsApp — see the contact page for the active support number. Email is not used: WhatsApp is faster (4-minute average response) and gives both sides a continuous conversation thread.
