Our refund commitment

Fluxview wants you to be confident in your subscription. That is why we built two safety nets — a free 24-hour trial before payment, and a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. Together they mean almost every refund situation is solved before money even changes hands.

1. Free 24-hour trial — your first safety net

Every new customer is entitled to a free 24-hour trial of the full Fluxview service — every Premier League fixture, every Sky Sports and TNT Sports channel, every Champions League night, every UFC PPV, every F1 race weekend, plus 92,000+ live channels and 200,000+ on-demand films. No credit card is collected at trial signup. We deliver your credentials via WhatsApp within minutes during UK hours.

Use the trial. Test the service on your specific device (Firestick, Smart TV, MAG, iPhone, etc.) and on your specific home connection. Watch a Premier League kickoff at 3pm Saturday in HD or 4K. If the picture quality, channel selection, EPG and customer support all meet your expectations, then upgrade. Otherwise, walk away — you have lost nothing.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee — your second safety net

If you purchase an annual (12-month) plan and find Fluxview is not the service you expected, you may request a full refund within 30 days of activation. No quibble questions, no "are you sure" friction. Just send a WhatsApp message with the words "refund request" and your subscription identifier. We process the refund within 5 business days to your original payment method.

The 30-day guarantee covers all subscription-related reasons: dissatisfaction with channel selection, picture quality, EPG accuracy, support response times, or any aspect of the service. It does NOT cover situations where you accept the credentials and then claim non-receipt fraudulently — those are reviewed individually.

3. Refunds on monthly, quarterly and 6-month plans

Monthly and 3 / 6-month plans do not include the automatic 30-day money-back guarantee because the free 24-hour trial means you have already tested the exact service before paying. However, if you genuinely have an unresolved issue within the first 7 days of paying, we will review your case individually — most are resolved by switching you to a backup server or upgrading your plan rather than refunding.

4. How to request a refund

  1. Open WhatsApp and message our support number — visible on the contact page.
  2. Include the words "refund request" plus the email or phone number you used at signup.
  3. Our team will confirm receipt within 4 minutes (UK hours), 24 hours maximum at night.
  4. For annual-plan refunds within 30 days, the refund is processed immediately.
  5. The refund is returned to the original payment method — typically 5 business days for cards, longer for PayPal.

5. What is NOT refundable

Subscriptions older than 30 days from activation (except annual plans inside their 30-day window). Add-ons that have been actively used (e.g. multi-device upgrades where streams have been consumed). Subscriptions terminated by us for terms-of-service violations (credential sharing, commercial redistribution, attempts to bypass concurrent-stream limits). Free-trial credentials (nothing to refund).

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing dispute, please WhatsApp us first — we resolve almost every dispute within minutes. Issuing a card chargeback before contacting us results in immediate account suspension and forfeit of any remaining subscription time, plus a permanent ban from the service. We have a near-zero chargeback rate because we always reach out first.
